In this guide we’ll see how to keep your fries warm until delivers to the customer, how and when change the oil, where to take waste oil to and more.
*IMPORTANT*
Each fryer basket it will make contamination increase 12,5%, so make sure you plan periodic oil changes.
Chicken nuggets and chicken burgers(patties or whatever you call it) doesn’t need to be kept warm.
1 – Keep your fries warm
After your fries are ready, pour them in the fries warmer, to avoid customers complain about the temperature, take it to the tray for last. Remember you can’t store any cooked/fried food. (Ignore the 124%, I was in a hurry and just took the print for the guide, haha)
2 – How to get rid of contaminated oil
Avoid to cook in contaminated oil, otherwise your customers will complain about it. When it’s close to reach 100%, you’ll need to replace it. To do so, use the waste oil can, hold left click in the fryer and wait to fill, it will go up to 50%, so you’ll need to do it twice to completely empty it.
3 – Where to take the waste oil
Very simple, outside, next to the big dumpster, there’s a waste oil barrel, left click on it.
4 – Adding new oil
When the fryer is empty, pour a whole oil can into it until reaches 100%(it’s fine if it’s a little less), and there you go, you’re set (yes, you can keep them outside).
