This guide provides a detailed walkthrough for the game SACRIFICE VILLAINS, covering important notes, starting sequences, route guides, and main endings. Follow the steps below to unlock all content and achieve various endings.
SACRIFICE VILLAINS Walkthrough
Important Notes:
- To unlock all the adult CGs and full game content, download the official 18+ patch from Shiravune’s website.
- After downloading the patch, extract the files into the game’s local installation folder on Steam. This will unlock all scenes and routes.
- In the character rehabilitation selection screen, you must always choose three characters in sequence. The ending branches depend on the character selected for the 1st position and the number of their appearances.
- You cannot save during the rehabilitation character selection screen. Save beforehand or use the backlog jump feature to return and save.
- SAVE 04 and SAVE 06 are critical. Be sure to save at these points.
- Special choices (★) are unlocked by meeting specific conditions. If the choice doesn’t appear, skip it. Clearing all END 1 unlocks ★1, and clearing all END 2 unlocks ★2.
- Once conditions for a special choice are met, they will appear automatically in subsequent playthroughs.
Starting Sequence
1. Choose the following order for the characters:
- 1st: Night Charger
- 2nd: Bad Lotion
- 3rd: Madam Venom
2. Repeat for these combinations:
- 1st: Bad Lotion, 2nd: Madam Venom, 3rd: Night Charger
- 1st: Madam Venom, 2nd: Night Charger, 3rd: Bad Lotion

Before preparing for the rehabilitation scene.

Before progressing further in the Night Charger sequence.
- Choose the following sequence:
- 1st: Night Charger
- 2nd: Bad Lotion
- 3rd: Madam Venom
- Cancel the inspection and prioritize office work.
SAVE 03
Before starting any END 1 progression.
Route Guides
Night Charger END 1
- From SAVE 03, follow this sequence:
- 1st: Night Charger
- 2nd: Bad Lotion
- 3rd: Madam Venom
- Watch the battle between Misogi and Matanure.
- Repeat the above sequence.
- Trigger the CG event for all three characters (anal rehabilitation CG scene).
- SAVE 04 during this section.
- Special choice ★1: Talk to Natasha.
This concludes Night Charger END 1.
Bad Lotion END 1
- Start from SAVE 03.
- Follow the same structure with Bad Lotion as the 1st position character.
Madam Venom END 1
- Start from SAVE 03.
- Follow the same structure with Madam Venom as the 1st position character.
Main Ending
Details
Main END 1 and 2
- After clearing all END 1 paths, load SAVE 04.
- Special choice ★1: Encourage all three to relieve themselves (三人に排泄を促す).
- SAVE 05 before deciding:
- Deny: Main END 1
- Do not deny: Main END 2
Main END 3 and 4
- After clearing all END 2 paths, load SAVE 06.
- Special choice ★2: Observe silently (黙ったまま観察を続ける).
- SAVE 07 before deciding:
- Destroy The Justice (ザ・ジャスティスを破壊する): Main END 3
- Do not destroy it and seek another solution: Main END 4
