The following is every issue, that I have been able to confirm is still unresolved on NBA 2K22 PC seven months following the release of the game (4/18/2022)

Rampant Cheating

HOW TO REPRODUCE:
Play any multiplayer mode and you will encounter a ton of cheaters who are using third party software to edit their builds and auto time their shots.
EXPECTATION: (What you think should be happening.)
You would expect a AAA game development company to effectively mitigate this issue, but despite “thousands of reports” the player base, 2K has taken no confirmed action.

Sim To Next Appearance Broken

In MyCareer single player games if your settings are refresh rate 60hz, v-sync and dynamic v-sync, the game will bug out and simulation screen will not appear.

The able to play MyCareer with settings outside of the default.

From my understanding, people typically get banned after partaking in a new challenge.

People should be able to play their favorite mode without fear of bans when they haven’t cheated or hacked the game.

The Badge Posterizer does nothing.

Posterizer badges should improve contact dunks, however they have no affect no matter what level.

Broken gym camera

The game camera would not bug out after an exercise in the gym.

Your player will wear brown shirt and sweatpants during most cut scenes regardless of what you equip.
