I put together this guide to help you get every achievement and all four endings in TWIN Hotel, Spa and More without wasting runs. Most of the list is simple if you know where to look, but a few of these hide behind choices you cannot undo. Here is everything, in the order I would tackle it.
The Two Elevators Decide Your Fate
Your main branch point is the elevator you pick. The left elevator leads toward the mannequin route and the The Pit ending. The right elevator sends you into a normal shift and the Meet The Manager path. Keep both in mind, because most endings split right here.
The four endings are:
Ending 1: Meet The Manager — take the right elevator after dying at least once.
Ending 2: The Pit — take the left elevator.
Ending 3: Mannequin — go toward the left elevator, then turn left again and take the SPACOOL elevator.
Ending 4: Sweet, Sweet Freedom — reset the game (not restart, actually reset) so you have 0 deaths, then take the right elevator.
The one that trips people up is Sweet, Sweet Freedom. I missed this at first because I kept restarting instead of resetting. Reset properly, keep your deaths at zero, and the right elevator gives it to you.
Onboarding and Early Achievements
- Onboarding Processing — start your job.
- A Job Well Done — complete your first assignment.
- Welcome to the Other Side — reach the TWIN World.
- Sometimes They Do That — when you meet the standing mannequin on your first shift, stare at it long enough.
- Welcome to the Mannequin Factory — choose the left elevator.
- Locked In, Don’t Move, Like a Mannequin — start your first shift at the mannequin factory.
- Death Is No Excuse — just die once, for example to a mannequin.
Mannequin Route and Level Achievements
- Angel… Baby… Angel.. — spot the Angel at 5.600.
- Outside the Other Side — visit the Other Side at 9.001.
- Happy Family — escort the babies to 9.800.
- A Stranger Job Well Done — complete your assignment as an elevator operator of the TWIN World.
- It is watching — you see it on level 2.000.
- You’re not supposed to be here — before you enter the left elevator, turn left again and follow the mannequin.
- What was that? — at level LG, go to the light source and look down.
- The Pit — reach the pit level.
- As Above So Below — play normally and choose the left elevator. That gives you this ending.
TWIN Spa Achievements
- Knock First — approach the rest room in the TWIN Spa.
- I told you not to open it — open the VIP 2 room in the TWIN Spa.
- SPACOOL Elevator Spotted — start your shift in the TWIN Spa.
- A Chance to Escape — finish the spa shift.
- Change! — complete the spa shift fully.
- Happy Ending? — in the spa, go right until you see the door marked SPACOOL.
- VIP Guest — go into the VIP 1 room.
Elevator Tricks and Odd Achievements
- Why is that there? — take the left elevator that leads to the mannequin, then later select the elevator button on the top right.
- SPACOOL! — follow the mannequin and walk through the wall.
- Wrong Floor — when you get the weird red guy at 4.036, bring him to level LG.
- No Giant Spiders Inside — visit the 5th floor in the SPACOOL Elevator.
- No Escape — at level G, close and open the elevator door again.
- A Familiar Place — at level 626, open and close the elevator door again, the same idea as No Escape.
For the Change achievement, which is the Mannequin ending: when you have to decide between the right or left elevator, choose the left one and turn left. You will see a mannequin leaning, so follow it and walk through the wall. After that, the rest is good luck.
Conclusion
