To make it run any apps of that age on any Windows system, requires Microsoft to maintain code to ensure compatibility through the ages.
This guide will help you make your game run as though it was on Windows XP (as in back in my days 👵).
🐈 Steps
On Steam, go to Library, then right click on Bully: Scholarship Edition.
Then select the Installed Files tab.
Then select Browse….
Once in the game’s directory, right click on Bully.exe.
Then click on Properties.
Select the Compatibility tab.
In the Compatibility Mode box,
Tick Run this program in compatibility mode for:.
Select Windows XP (Service Pack 3).
- Test any other compatibility mode.
- Try running in Administrator mode.
⚠ I would advise against installing any of those “Patches”. It usually changes the behaviour of the code, and even may not be safe.
