Bully: Scholarship Edition is a game dating almost more than 20 years ago.

To make it run any apps of that age on any Windows system, requires Microsoft to maintain code to ensure compatibility through the ages.

This guide will help you make your game run as though it was on Windows XP (as in back in my days šŸ‘µ).

šŸˆ Steps

šŸ¾ Step 1: Open the game directory

On Steam, go toĀ Library, then right click onĀ Bully: Scholarship Edition.
Then select theĀ Installed FilesĀ tab.
Then selectĀ Browse….

šŸ¾ Step 2: Change Compatibility mode

Once in the game’s directory, right click onĀ Bully.exe.
Then click onĀ Properties.
Select theĀ CompatibilityĀ tab.

In theĀ Compatibility ModeĀ box,
TickĀ Run this program in compatibility mode for:.
SelectĀ Windows XP (Service Pack 3).

šŸ¾ Step 3: If it doesn’t work
  • Test any other compatibility mode.
  • Try running in Administrator mode.

āš  I would advise against installing any of those “Patches”. It usually changes the behaviour of the code, and even may not be safe.
