[12/28/2023] A guide on how to trigger the “Bully” Achievement since 2 out of 20 achievements are broken right now!
How to get the achievement:
It’s a current issue within the game and the only way to get this achievement is to clear your AppData files (as uninstalling the game alone does not simply fix the issue!) I highly suggest backing up your old save files and store it in a different place and then do this:
- Find C:\Users\[Your Username]\AppData\Roaming\RenPy
- Find and delete the folder/contents of “Dpplgngr” folder.
- Then, uninstall the game and clear the extra leftover files. (You can find the local folder/installation path in Steam\steamapps\common\Doppelgänger).
YOU MUST PLAY BETTEL’S ROUTE FIRST ONCE YOU CLEARED ALL THE DATA.
Once you trigger the achievement, you can then return your old save files by copypasting the old save files in your installation folder. (It will also be copied in the AppData folder of Doppelganger automatically.)
In regards to the other achievement, Emotional Turmoil, is currently bugged and unable to be triggered as of writing this guide.
