Here is a full guide on how to get all achievements in Lake.

I would recommend doing a manual save at the end of each day before you head to the post station.
In case you need to repeat something.
Some achievements are miss-able, I’ll mention it at the beginning.
To unlock the third ending, a decision on day 11 is important.
More about this at the Free Spirit achievement.
It’s on day 3:
You need to accept Mildreds request to take care of her cat Mortimer and drive him to see Mr. Mackey at his boathouse.
A day later you have to pick him up from Mr. Mackey and bring him back to Mildreds house.
It’s on day 4:
If Angie tells you about a plan when you deliver her mail, you should agree meet her at your home.
At home you need to agree to deliver her movies.
Then just deliver the films every day.
On day 8, Angie invites you to the cinema. Accept to get the achievement.
First on day 3:
After your work you’ll get a call from Steve. Agree to do some work for him.
The next day after work, you can choose from three options:
- Do Steves Job
- Watch TV
- Read a Book
Make sure you do the job.
Again on day 7:
Just do the exact same thing as above;
Agree at the end of day 7 and do the contract – work at the end of day 8
It’s on day
Tell the general store woman how much you would like to take photos and she’ll give you a camera.
You just need to do at least five photos until the end of day 12.
On day 13 you’ll deliver something to her store again and you’ll unlock the achievement.
Note: In order to get the other two ending achievements as well, it is advisable to make a save on the evening of day 13.
Tell Frank on day 14 you want to stay in the town to get this achievement.
Note: In order to get the other two ending achievements as well, it is advisable to make a save on the evening of day 13.
Tell Frank on day 14 you want to leave the town and he will drive you to the airport to get this achievement.

Tell Frank on day 14 you want to go for a roadtrip to get this achievement.
To unlock this path, you are not allowed to give (name) the RV on day 11.
There is a man who randomly spawn on the map.
You just have to talk to him to get the achievement.
There is a good chance that he will be in the field in front of the farm when you deliver mail there for the first time.
He can also spawn at the motel, on the way to Bear Creek, at the diner, or near the campsite:

On the evening of day 6 agree to meet Kay on Sunday at 11am.
After the film sequence, visit the tower again and climb the stairs to get the achievement.

To get the achievement, you just have to visit the church.
For some reasons, the achievement can only be unlocked until the evening of day 6.
