There is a special level 3 variant called Tenraiha, wich is an anvil with spiked balls,
to get this you have to do Peacock’s taunt first “Hi Hi Birdie!”

Do the taunt ( LK HK MP MP + ⬆ ) and then ( ⬇ ⬅ + P HOLD ) and you should get Tenraiha.

Think of it like Painwheel’s achievement but you attack the same time as the enemy as Sekhmet, as she doubles the attack damage when she gets hit in the process, keep collecting the blood she spills and continue using Sekhmet.
