Stronghold Crusader HD: Revolution Balance Mod

This modification was created to bring more realism to multiplayer matches in Stronghold Crusader and get rid of weaknesses and unused buildings and units. Additional Information: The mod is designed exclusively for multiplayer. The game has undergone a complete rebalancing, which prevents bots from fully constructing buildings in single player. The modification was developed for the English version of the game.

 

English description

The mod version has been updated to version 1.0.5 of 16.12.23.

RBM v1.0.5

Building:

– Round tower – replaced with a square one and increased by 1 cell in area from 6×6 to 7×7
– Market – the building area has been increased by 1 cell from 5×5 to 6×6
– Hut – the building area has been increased by 1 cell from 4×4 to 5×5
– Added 300 gold to the barracks purchase price
– Reduced the strength of defensive structures (towers, barbicans)
– Reduced the cost of an iron mine to 50 wood, 20 stone
– Increased the cost of building a healer’s tent from 3 oil to 5 oil and 50 gold
– Increased the cost of building a brewery to 5 stone and 50 gold
– Reduced the construction cost of the bakery from 10 to 2 stones
– Increased the cost of the leather workshop to 220 gold
– Increased the cost of building a cheese farm from 15 to 20 wood
– Changed the cost of building a drawbridge to 10 wood, 5 stone, 1 iron
– Changed the cost of building an oil boiler to 5 wood, 2 iron

Added building feature:

– Added the ability to move your citadel during the game, added cost to all 3 citadels.
– Hut – the number of places to accommodate peasants has been reduced from 8 to 4. Construction costs have been reduced. Strength reduced by 2 times.
– Citadel3 – the number of places to accommodate peasants has been increased from 12 to 24.
– Whips – reduced in price and take away one place to live
– Gingerbread – reduced in price and adds one place to live
– Reduced durability of castle buildings

Increased recruitment cost to 70 gold
Increased area shooting distance by 1.6 times
Increased the range of aiming fire at a target by 10%
Fire rate reduced by approximately 1.5 times

Damage against a knight has been reduced by 1.25 times (3.33 times from 1.0.4)

– The distance of possible construction of a healer’s hut has been reduced to the level of ditches with tar, stakes, dogs
– The distance of possible construction of castle buildings from the enemy when the enemy is close has been increased by 1.3 times
– The distance from destroying buildings from the enemy when the enemy is close has been increased by 2 times
– Fixed a bug in building close to enemy buildings (when the passage of the castle was blocked by bots with a sawmill or an ox tether, and the bot destroyed everything outside the walls)

– When different units are selected, they each continue to move at their own speed, rather than slowing down to the slowest unit in the selection.
– Replaced start screens and music
– Some images of buildings have been completed
