Except “Security cameras” (That you need to play the main story line) You could get anyone these could at any point in the game.
My Advise is to:
- Go into the main Story mission a little
- Take it District by District
- Do the Romance Missions which well help you to see collectibles on your mini map
- Green: jade statue
- Red: health shrine
- Blue: lock box
- Yellow: security camera
- North Point (First District)
- Aberdeen
- Kennedy Town
- Central
