This guide will help you get 100% of the 87 achievements currently in Lunch Lady by describing them, sharing tips, and giving time estimates on the grindier ones. I hope this helps!
General Tips
- You can start moving as soon as you join a game, even if you can’t see. This is helpful to know for MP lobbies you join late, since the Lunch Lady can down you while you’re still seeing the titlecard.
- You can clip through doors to see the Lunch Lady, but it still blocks you from her vision. This is good for keeping track of her position in a long hallway.
- One key and at least 1 Final Answers Page usually spawn in each unlocked area, so keeping track of where you found things can help you if you get stuck.
- If you are in active chase, close doors behind you to help break her line of sight.
- You can get in to areas you do not have the key for by following the Lunch Lady. The doors she opens will stay open briefly. This is easier to do when already down (so MP lobbies), but be careful because you can get trapped in that area if no one finds the key.
- If she does her locating scream and you are trapped in a dead end, like a valve room, try hiding behind the open door. Sometimes she doesn’t fully enter the room and you’ll successfully hide.

This might be the last achievement you unlock. The most efficient way to grind out XP that I’ve found so far is to speedrun singleplayer games on Hard with random map for the 200% XP. If you get larger maps like Cruxville, Burcksley or Mlebury just quickly end and start a new game. My preferred map is Higgins Swimming Hall since its small and I’ve learned the spawns. If you’re really good you could do this on Insane for even more XP.
These achievements all are gotten by unlocking a specific character; this is done by attaining a certain level.

Collect 1 key of any kind
The keys are used to open new areas (Hallway A,B,C,D, Gym, Cafeteria, Stairway, Principles Office, Nurses Office). They spawn in the same places that Final Answers Pages can spawn, but they are much easier to miss (especially on low graphics). Make sure you are checking their possible spawns by getting right up against the surface, otherwise it’s easy to miss them.

The Final Answers Pages are the main objective of the game. Collect 10/10 and you can escape at the same place you spawn for the win. They tend to spawn on the main tables and desks in rooms, but I’ve seen them on side tables, chairs and benches too. Learn their spawns and be thorough when searching.

Join or host a MP game on Hard difficulty; be careful, less medkits spawn and the Lunch Lady gets increasingly faster with each Final Answers Page found.
Special Forces
Beat the game in Multiplayer on Insane difficulty.
Join or host a MP game on Insane difficulty. The Lunch Lady is very fast in this gamemode; if she sees you with more than a few answers collected it’s almost always a guaranteed down. Also only two medkits spawn. You need to be very fast and efficient, so it’s best to wait until you understand the game’s mechanics better and know most of the spawns before attempting this achievement. There typically aren’t a lot of this lobby available to join, but if you see one you can get the win even if the other person does all the work and you are down when they escape.
Singleplayer Wins
Who needs friends?
Beat the game in Singleplayer on Normal difficulty.
Self-explanatory. In solo games, make sure to always have a medkit on you because the game ends if you go down without one.
One Man Army
Beat the game in Singleplayer on Hard difficulty.
Self-explanatory.
Lunch who?
Beat the game in Singleplayer on Insane difficulty.
I recommend the Higgins Swimming Hall map because it’s small enough to run yourself without getting turned around, and it’s easier to learn the key and Final Answers Pages spawns.
Academic Dishonesty I
Win 1 game in any mode on any difficulty.
To win you need to collect 10/10 Final Answers Pages and every player must go back to the entrance of the school where you spawned to escape. Only the players who are currently up are needed to leave, although occasionally I have been able to escape by myself even though I had teammates who were still up (may be a bug).
