Aniimo: Egg Farm Guide

The main goal in Egg Heist is simple: get as many eggs out as you can. A single run can hold between one and four eggs, so grabbing the first one and leaving is a mistake. If your supplies and timer allow it, keep searching before you extract.

Before You Enter

Preparation decides whether a run pays off or falls apart. Handle these tasks before you queue up.

  • Bring a key. A locked room may hold extra eggs, and the key’s cost usually pays for itself inside the run. An NPC in the zone also sells keys for around 100K.
  • Repair your gear in your inventory. Every repair lowers maximum durability, so check your equipment before each run. Start with at least 40 durability if you can.
  • Bring a healer. Heal between fights instead of dragging damage into the next one.
  • Visit the shop if you need gear. Replacements are available for broken equipment, and an NPC inside the run sells gear too.
  • Consider buying your first daily Chaos Run ticket. The first one costs 20K, and the price climbs with each additional purchase.

Finding and Extracting Eggs

Do not stop after egg number one. Searching the whole zone is worth the extra time when you have the supplies to survive.

Roll the egg on its side to move it. It travels faster that way. Watch your weight as you collect, because you can carry roughly twice the stated weight limit before your character stops moving. Use that hidden buffer to haul out high-value loot.

Extract with your team. Confirm that nobody gets left behind before you leave the zone.

Editor Warning: A full inventory does not stop you at the listed weight cap. You keep moving until you hit roughly double that number, so a heavy egg can lock you in place mid-fight if you are already loaded down.

Surviving the Run

Clear monsters as you move through the zone. Letting them pile into a large group makes the run far harder than it needs to be.

  • Use traps. They work especially well against annoying enemies like Cubbo and Hummin.
  • Fly over bombs whenever you can.
  • Prioritize glowing monsters. Red and yellow glows can drop high-value loot, which saves time compared with opening every chest.

Rookey tip: Bait and dodge its three-slam sequence. It usually lands two slams close together, then a delayed third. Step in to deal damage after the third slam, then repeat.

Team Suggestions

A setup with one DPS, one regeneration support, and two healers is a strong, forgiving choice. Any capable DPS can lead the group, but always bring healing and recover after each fight.

Starter Aniimo work well here thanks to their Light typing. Other options players mention include Prismana Fulmintis with Enhanced Lightblade equipment, and Hexxin as a lead for controlling encounters with Blackhole.

What to Loot

When time, inventory space, or weight runs short, prioritize in this order:

Item Type / Source Why It Matters Priority
Eggs Zone objective Your main goal for the run Highest
Accessories Drops / chests Check the weight category; pieces with two or more pips are worth inspecting High
Honeyglow Starine Alpha drop Rare drop from an Alpha enemy High
Essence, keys, gear Drops / shop Even lower-tier gear sells for a useful amount Medium
Other valuables Various Compare value against the weight they consume Situational

Monster Threats in Nightmare Runs

The ratings below are one player’s practical estimates, not official game difficulty values. Most enemies stay manageable alone if you prevent large groups from forming.

Rating Enemy Threat Behavior
★★★★★ Stellarys (Alpha) Avoid its charm and star bomb attacks. You can kite it, but you cannot leave the room. Hit-and-run tactics work well.
★★★★ Rookey Its three-hit combo can stun you. Dodge the full sequence before attacking.
★★★★ Budsquire Drains EP and becomes especially dangerous in groups.
★★★★ Bateetle Grabs you and deals heavy damage over time. Mash F to escape, and watch for repeated grabs.
★★★★ Cubbo / Grizbo Can hit extremely hard. Use terrain and traps to remove them.
★★★ Sparki Kill it before it explodes.
★★★ Hexxin Its twine can stun you, especially when other enemies are nearby.
★★★ Fennier Has a high-damage combo. Avoid fighting it head-on when low on health.
★★ Pawmey A single stun can lead to burst damage.
★★ Melloblum Repeated stuns make it disruptive.
★★ Bailite A minor nuisance that becomes more troublesome in groups.
Hummin Annoying, especially alongside other enemies.
Nimbi Its slow can be a problem when you are low on health.
Stellarys (normal), Blazen, Helmut, Piopiota, Sherro, Budclaw, Shrubclaw, Pranky, Tubster, Cornet, Minespine Generally lower-priority threats.

Progression Notes

Egg hatches do not count toward zone completion badges, so do not expect hatch progress to fill those requirements. A Prismana Egg has been estimated by players at around a 1% chance, but treat that as an unverified estimate rather than a confirmed drop rate.

Before your next run, lock in the basics: bring a key, start with repaired gear, search for extra eggs, roll them on their side, and leave with the whole team.
