Expeditions Rome: How to Obtain Unique/Legendary Items

This guide will show you how to obtain each unique/legendary item in Expeditions: Rome.

INTRODUCTION

I have listed how to obtain each item and provided a photo. Items are organized by Act. I will not provide a review of each item unless requested.

Disclaimer:

Spoilers ahead. I did not obtain two out of the four recently added unique Roman armors. If I missed additional items, please let me know. I do not have photos of where certain items are located, sorry. Most of the weapons have a modified stat and are max rank. Thanks for reading!

ACT 1

CROCEA MORS:

You will receive the sword’s unique crafting material after the main quest, March on Mytilene. After Act 1, you will return to Rome and can speak to Gaius’ mother, who will provide you with the sword’s schematic. You will then be able to craft the sword in Act 2.

COMPANION ARMOR:

Sextus will ask you dismantle Calida’s armor during the sidequest, A Better Lorica. You can then craft a unique version of her armor. The same process can be done with Calida’s hood, Syneros’ toga, Caeso’s helmet and armor, and Bestia armor (if you have sufficient crafting materials).

ARCHELAUS’ SWORD:

Obtained after defeating Archelaus during the main quest, The Conquest of Asia Minor.

The citizens are near the stairway that leads to the Temple of Apollon in Mysia. After the conversation ends, follow the female citizen (Eritha) that leaves. After speaking with Eritha, kill her and you will obtain the medallion.
