I put this guide together to give you one easy place to check every requirement and tip for all 25 achievements in Gladio Mori. Nothing here is missable, so you can relax and work through them at your own pace.
Campaign Achievements
These track your progress through the campaign, and the difficulty ones stack. If you clear the Campaign on Hard, you get the Easy and Normal versions for free, so there is no reason to run it three separate times unless you want to.
| Achievement | Requirement |
|---|---|
| Baby Steps | Complete the Tutorial. |
| Inceptor | Win against all 21 opponents on Easy Difficulty. |
| Peritus | Win against all 21 opponents on Normal Difficulty. |
| Invictus | Win against all 21 opponents on Hard Difficulty. |
Speed Achievements
Four achievements are tied to winning rounds at different Time Scale settings. Each difficulty has a minimum speed the matches must be played on, but every difficulty can be raised up to ×1.00 speed. I suggest running these on Easy Difficulty, since all four speeds can be selected there without any restriction.
| Achievement | Requirement |
|---|---|
| Lento | Win 10 rounds with the Time Scale set to ×0.25. |
| Andante | Win 10 rounds with the Time Scale set to ×0.50. |
| Moderato | Win 10 rounds with the Time Scale set to ×0.75. |
| Allegro | Win 10 rounds with the Time Scale set to ×1.00. |
Win Achievement
You do not need to chase this one. It fills up on its own while you work through the campaign, the speed goals, and everything else.

| Achievement | Requirement |
|---|---|
| Veni, vidi, vici | Accumulatively win 100 rounds. |
Damage Achievements
These five need you to land kills through specific damage conditions. A lethal blow to the head counts whether it is blunt or edged, so I like the Longsword for clean head kills, and the Kanabo for armored opponents who shrug off cuts.
For blood loss kills, it only counts once the opponent actually dies from the bleeding and not from the swing itself, blunt or edged. Slashing weapons like swords or axes get there fastest; blunt weapons can cause bleed too, but edged is quicker and easier. I go for dismemberment and target the legs first, so they cannot chase me while they bleed out.
Lung damage follows the same rule, blunt or edged both count. Swords and axes have treated me better here, being quicker and more reliable than piercing or blunt. I swing from the left and aim at the right side of the torso.
Spine damage counts any lethal blow to the spine, blunt or edged, including decapitations and cleaving your opponent in half. Swords and axes make both of those easier. Attacking from behind the opponent can land a spinal kill regardless of the weapon you use.
Heart damage is the fussy one. I have only ever pulled it off with edged or piercing weapons, and honestly I am not confident I have ever landed heart damage with a blunt weapon. Either use piercing weapons and go for lunges, or edged weapons swung from the right to strike the left side of the torso.
| Achievement | Requirement |
|---|---|
| Mindblower | Get 20 kills by inflicting brain damage. |
| What are you, a vampire? | Get 20 kills by inflicting blood loss. |
| You Took my breath away | Get 20 kills by inflicting lung damage. |
| Certified chiropractor | Get 20 kills by inflicting spine damage. |
| Heartbreaker | Get 20 kills by inflicting heart damage. |
Kills Achievements
Same advice as the win achievement: do not grind these early unless they are your last ones left. They progress naturally as you play the campaign and chase the speed and damage goals. If you end up like me, Master of the Blade will be the final achievement you need, and you will already be close to it.
| Achievement | Requirement |
|---|---|
| Student of the Blade | Accumulatively acquire 100 kills with any weapon. |
| Master of the Blade | Accumulatively acquire 500 kills with any weapon. |
Weapon Type Achievements
Each of these asks for 20 kills with a specific weapon, in almost any way. One thing to keep in mind: kills by blood loss will not track for weapon based achievements, so finish the opponent with the actual hit rather than letting them bleed out.
| Achievement | Requirement |
|---|---|
| Sword Saint | Get 20 kills with the Katana. |
| Zweihander, my beloved | Get 20 kills with the Zweihander. |
| I’m Spartacus! | Get 20 kills with the Gladius. |
| God of War | Get 20 kills with the Guandao. |
| Hammer time | Get 20 kills with the Mallet. |
| Lets go a-viking! | Get 20 kills with the Dane Axe. |
| Can opener | Get 20 kills with the Pollaxe. |
The Best offence is offence achievement needs a kill with a Shield. You have to build a moveset that uses a shield as a striking weapon, or download a mod that does it. Be aware this kill will not track toward Master At Arms.
Master At Arms Weapon List
This one is the big checklist: get a kill with every weapon. The weapons marked with an asterisk are the ones you will still be missing after you finish all the other weapon based achievements, so I kept them in one list below for easy tracking.
