I’m on Observation Duty 6: All Anomalies

This is a list of Anomalies found for “I’m On Observation Duty 6: University.” The guide will include a text-only version, and a text-with-screenshot version. If you know of any that I missed, please comment below. Thanks and enjoy!

 

Basics

Basic Gameplay Info:
Just like the previous games anomalies spawn once per 15, in game, minute intervals; with the first 15 minutes acting as a grace period. New with Observation Duty 6, your standard anomaly types are present and can be simply left-clicked to be reported. However, there are several that you will need to right-click and select the Anomaly Type and Room. If you try to left-click report, a RED X will appear. These types of Anomalies include:

  • Abyss
  • Camera Malfunction
  • Distortion
  • Ghost
  • Steam / Smoke
  • Lights

Also new with Obs6, is the Anomaly Report. If killed by an Intruder or the game ends due to too many Anomalies, a Report is generated.

Cam 1 – Lobby (9)
1) Appearance – A dismembered leg appears in the trophy cabinet.
2) Appearance – Two flower vases appear on the desk.
3) Camera Malfunction – The Camera is inaccessible
4) Change – The first painting on the left, the lady, changes to a melting face.
5) Change – The navigation pole’s words change.
6) Change – The second painting in the middle, the man, gets dirty.
7) Change & Intruder – The last painting on the right, the Principle, gets brightened and raises eyebrows. Note: Reporting this summons The Principle, who needs to be reported instantly, and locks your camera.
8) Disappearance – One of the three chairs disappear.
9) Lights – Lights in the room start flickering.
Cam 2 – Auditorium (9)
1) Appearance – A man appears on the desktop background projection.
2) Appearance – A medical table appears in the center floor.
3) Appearance – Drawings and formulas appear on the chalkboard.
4) Appearance – Groups of bottles appear on the left section of tables.
5) Camera Malfunction – The Camera is inaccessible
6) Disappearance – All the items, minus one pencil, on the right section of tables disappear.
7) HUGE MAN!!! Left-click then right-click to report
8) Lights – Lights in the room start flickering. Must be right-click reported.
9) Movement – The Podium and professors desk swap spots.
Cam 3 – Library (9)
1) Appearance – Bottles appear on the table in the closets bookshelves section, on the first floor.
2) Camera Malfunction – The Camera is inaccessible
3) Disappearance – On the second floor all of the bookshelves disappear.
4) Disappearance – The first window on the left side disappears,
5) Disappearance – The second table on the right disappears.
6) Distortion – The camera appears to be zooming out. Must be right-click reported.
7) Intruder – A shadow covered intruder appears on the walking bridge for the second floor.
8) Intruder – A woman starts walking from the back door to off camera, swapping cameras causes her to move up to the camera and kills you.
9) Lights – In the middle section, on the first floor, of bookshelves a flashing light appears.
Cam 4 – Courtyard (7)
1) Appearance – A second tree appears behind the statue and slowly grows over time.
2) Appearance – Extra benches appear on the bottom side of the pathway. It starts with two and slowly goes up to ten.
3) Camera Malfunction – The Camera is inaccessible
4) Intruder – An intruder can be spotted floating above the roof on the right side.
5) Intruder – An intruder is seen stuck on the wall, on the left side, and falls to the ground when reported.
6) Movement – The statue’s head turns and stares at the camera.
7) Other – The clock stops reading the accurate time. Either by swapping to a random time, stops ticking, or counting backwards
Cam 5 – Classroom (9)
1) Appearance – A old school monitor and keyboard appears on the closest table.
2) Appearance – A second door appears in the back left corner of the classroom.
3) Appearance – A second skeleton appears in the back rightmost seat.
4) Camera Malfunction – The Camera is inaccessible
5) Doctor – The Doctor appears using the operating table.
6) Ghost – A ghost appears with their hand up and waving. Must be right-click reported.
7) Intruder – An intruder appears in the back left corner, twitching and gurgling.
8) Movement – The standing skeleton is pushed around the floor.
9) Other – The X-ray of a rib cage changed to letters/symbols.
Cam 6 – Lab (9)
1) Abyss – An abyss appears on the periodic table, on the back wall, and grows. Must be right-click reported.
2) Appearance – A dismembered body, or manikin with blood, appears in the far right machine.
3) Appearance – Drawings appear on the white board.
4) Camera Malfunction – The Camera is inaccessible
5) Lights – Lights in the room start flickering. Must be right-click reported.
6) Movement – the jar on the back of the middle table starts rattling.
7) Movement – The monitor and tower swap locations with the machine on the middle cart.
8) Other – The left most lab table changes into a trolley cart.
9) Other – The left most machine breaks and shoots sparks.

Cam 1 – Lobby

7) HUGE MAN!!!
– a)The HUGE MAN!!! appears. Hold Left click to first report him.
– b) A light shines on the HUGE MAN!!! and zooms in. This locks the camera in place.
– c) Report the Huge Man again using the report menu now.
– d) Incorrectly reporting the HUGE MAN!!! by left clicking again results with him hitting the screen.

8) Lights – Lights in the room start flickering. Must be right-click reported.

9) Movement – The Podium and professors desk swap spots.

Cam 3 – Library

1) Appearance – Bottles appear on the table in the closets bookshelves section, on the first floor.
