How to Enable the Incest
Go to the main menu to Enter the Code.
This is my experience with the game at the time of downloading Ep 7.
Early on, I could tell that NTR was going to be a big part of the game. I was willing to overlook that for the sake of other tags: big tits, impreg/pregnant, veiled incest, etc. And thankfully, there was not much direct cuckolding. However, involuntary gender reassignment was where I had to draw the line and quit.
Another not great thing I encountered was poor grammar and syntax, possibly due to ESL and/or bad translation
