You’re about to drop 20+ hours cleaning trash, saving animals, and digging up treasure across two islands. Before you commit, know which achievements actually work and which ones are straight-up broken. Overview
Achievements split into animal rescues, treasure hunts, cleaning milestones, and special update content. Heads up: a lot of Black Pearl Island achievements are bugged right now. Don’t waste time chasing ghosts.
Wilson Island — Animal Achievements
Eight animal achievements. Here’s where to find each one.
Dog Rescuer — Rescue the dog. Behind the dock in the dog section, near three palm trees and a mossy rock. Buy bandage from shop after interacting.
Octopus Rescuer — Rescue the octopus. Walk away from dock in octopus section toward the small island in the distance along the coast.
Seabird Rescuer — Rescue the seabird. Walk along the cliff in octopus section toward seal section. Hidden by cliff — listen for her.
Giant Turtle Savior — Save the giant turtle. Walk along the coast to the left of the dock in seal section. Buy shovel from shop.
Seal Rescuer — Rescue the seal. Walk along coast in seal section. Buy scissors from shop.
Toucan Rescuer — Rescue the toucan. In toucan section behind a big rock with three palm trees. Buy pliers from shop.
Tiny Turtle Savior — Save the tiny turtle. Between toucan dock and dog dock.
Best Friend — Feed the dog. Only possible after unlocking dog bed.
Wilson Island — Treasures and Keys
Five treasure achievements. Unlock sifter and raydar by opening 2 docks first.
Suit Up — Find the suit. Behind wooden door between toucan and seal sections. Key by shop sign in seal section. Iron Man reference.
Keychain Finder — Find the keychain. Chest by outhouse. Key in toucan section behind line of palm trees, in front of short fat tree. Not a Stardew Valley reference.
Wilson! — Find Wilson. Chest in seal section (in front of seal, walk to cliff, then right). Key to the right of seal. Cast Away reference. Find map first behind wooden door with suit (bug workaround).
Dave’s Diving Gear — Find scuba gear. Chest in toucan section on top of rock. Key near dock in octopus section. No reference.
Pink Bear Found — Find pink bear item. Chest in center of island on top of cliff. Go to seal area, hop up cliff using space key. Key behind outhouse. Unpacking reference.
Wilson Island — Other Achievements
Four achievements from Black Pearl update plus one misc. Many bugged.
American Dream — Complete island 100% without eating any fruit. Get energy from shop only. Do NOT pick up fruit.
Cozy — Spend an entire in-game day without collecting trash. May need to wait longer than one day.
Neat, Neat, Neat — Collect every trash. Possibly all trash from one island or every type. Got on Black Pearl Island using vacuum with no filter.
Gaia — Fertilize every tree on Wilson Island. Buy fertilizer from shop.
Did I Forget Something…? — Visit shop without anything to sell. Unknown if achievable on Wilson Island.
Completionist — Complete Wilson Island 100%. Includes all trash and fertilized trees.
Tips: Prioritize vacuum by upgrading magnetic picker. Leave buried treasures until after finishing island. Save trees for last — fertilizer costs add up.
Trash Value: Food waste $$$$, Glass $$$, Plastic $$, Tin $.
Black Pearl Island — Important Achievements
Most achievements bugged. Rich Kid is impossible — missing trash.
Speedrunner — Buy every dock before 25% completion. Use vacuum on plastic filter, fill 4 trash cans. Don’t waste money on upgrades or beds.
Dock prices: #1 $7,000, #2 $10,000, #3 $20,000, #4 $35,000, #5 $55,000.
Are You Blind? — Find telescope before any other pirate item. Chest high on rock near start. Key by red shipwreck.
Black Pearl Island — Treasures and Keys (Part 2)
Do treasures first — there’s a secret reason.
God of Sea — Find Poseidon’s trident. Chest inside shipwreck at end of island. Enter from water side, jump to floor inside. Key left of big rock connected to cliff near shipwreck. After done, use trash picker for a surprise.
Echoes Beneath the Waves — Open aquarium. Walk to aquarium door at end of island while holding trident.
Back to the Future — Find the watch. Chest at end of aquarium tunnel. Key underneath shipwreck where trident was found.
Caribbean Love — Find every pirate item.
- Hook: Chest near single palm tree close to second dock. Key on beach between last two docks (seal beach) near coast.
- Sable: On barrel halfway between last two docks.
- Hat: On post behind rock wall at end of seal beach closest to final shipwreck.
- Eyepatch: On rock next to bed at 4th dock.
- Gun: On top of last shipwreck under stairs. Jump on last cannon, onto shelf, then next floor.
- Boots: Inside cave on seal beach.
Activates after giving all items to pirate.
Caribbean Curse — Become immortal. Pick up key pirate leaves after setting ghost free. Go to top of shipwreck at end of island. Open chest waiting at top. Check energy after.
Keymaster — Find every key. Should pop after picking up pirate key; may need to wait.
Sleight of Hand — Open every chest. Should pop after opening chest for Caribbean Curse.
Black Pearl Island — Cleaning and Other Achievements
Eight cleaning achievements. At least half are bugged.
Welcome Back! — Sell trash. Possibly only on BPI.
I am Inevitable — Sell trash sorted one time. Unknown if achievable on WI.
Farhad — Clear every trash pile. Interact with pile while holding hammer (bought in shop). Warning: breaks each pile into more trash.
Blue Again, Halfway There, Not Empty Anymore, Completionist 2, The Real Completionist — Milestones at 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%. Progress from cleaning trash, removing piles, fertilizing trees, finding pirate items.
Other Achievements:
Seal of Approval — Rescue all ten seals. Walk away after each for respawn.
Rich Kid — Max out every upgrade. Currently impossible — missing trash.
Enthusiast — Listen to every song on every cassette. Need all 8 cassettes. First 7 on WI, last on BPI on red shipwreck. Skipping may not work.
Tips: Do pirate items first. Beds aren’t important — get one to skip night. Don’t waste time on multiple playthroughs for bugged achievements.
