Star Fighter: How to Fix Graphics Issues

Here we are available if you have graphic problems with the game; They present “lagging” while you play. Well, they do not have options to access the “Options” menu to configure the graphics, sound, gameplay, and so on.

Location of folder of the file “boot.config”

Open with the file explorer by typing the key (Windows + E)

and locate these folders:

If you have 32-bit Windows:

C:\Program Files(x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Star Fighter\Star Fighter_Data

(If it has 32 bits installed, you install it from the internet and if you are a 32-bit Windows user)

If you have 64-bit Windows:

C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Star Fighter\Star Fighter_Data

(If you have Windows 64 bits, you install it online)

Editing with Notepad or Notepad ++

Open the file called “boot.config” (without quotes) with Notepad or Notepad ++.

and it is seen by default after installing the game with the boot.config file:

gfx-enable-gfx-jobs=1
gfx-enable-native-gfx-jobs=1
wait-for-native-debugger=0
vr-enabled=0
hdr-display-enabled=0

Where gfx-enable-gfx-jobs=1 and gfx-enable-native-gfx-jobs=1 you must be change it from 1 to 0, if you have graph problems with “lag” while playing.

Save the file (or overwrite)

You close the notepad when you have edited and open (or restart) the game.
