Next to the entrance and teleport, need spinner.

Take the elevator next to the teleport, it’s on the other side of the railing

At the right side, next to the aquarium section (hard to miss)

Use railing to get this one (it’s so annoying)

Push the glass cabinet to be able to solve this puzzle

Hidden behind branch
07:
Hard one to miss
08:
Unmissable, need to toggle the light to get the energy orb (I think)

Don’t remember this one

Follow the rail

Jump down from the room with chest#12 through the crack in the floor, hit the orbs in following sequence (if you want the combination it to the left part of a room with orbs, you have to do it without light present)

Just climb the vines after taking an elevator

Do a bit of parkour in a room with first day/night switch, beforehand move some platforms (or double jump ike a true chad to the chest)

This one is behind a fake wall next to the elevator. It’s also an entrace to catacombs, which will be used in later part of a game, contains virus chip if I remember correctly

Do a double jump from the left wall of the chest (like a true chad)
16:
You will need ice grenade to cross the fishing pond to get there, fight through enemies to get the chest

There is one chest outside of a Museum area, but still I am counting it in. It’s in a courtyard, to the right of the Museum entrance:
