I put this walkthrough together to help you find every letter and unlock all the achievements in Silent Wounds – The Doll. One thing to keep in mind: some letters move or change after cutscenes, even when you are still in the same room. So if a letter is not where you expected, recheck the area after the next story beat.
Below is the full route, step by step, with the achievement unlocks noted as they happen.
Starting the House
Try to open the crate first. You won’t be able to yet, so look around. Examine the letter on the shelf on the left to record your first letter (1/8). Then take the knife near the oven and use it to open that crate.
After “Born”
The Born achievement unlocks here, along with the When dreams unfold step. Take the doll, then head into the next room and read the diary in front of the mirror (2/8). Place the doll in the corner and play the record.
Go back and collect the two book boxes. Place them on the bookshelf, then answer the phone. Choose option 1) Cold/Dismissive, then option 2) Hinting Truth. After that, talk to the doll, and read the diary in front of the mirror again (3/8).

Cooking and Dinner
Head to the kitchen and prepare the food. This unlocks Cooking Time, followed by the Make a dream dinner step. Place the food on the bedroom table and bring the wine as well. Play the record and invite her to the table.
Read the diary in front of the mirror once more (4/8). Now try to go to the door, then answer the phone again. Pick option 2) Detached/Cold, then option 2) Hinting Truth.
Go back to the doll. This triggers Lost and the Tangled in shadows step. Enter the bathrooms to find a passage, then read the diary on the table (5/8).
The Clock Puzzle
This is the part that stopped me for a moment, so take it slowly. Use the clock. While facing the door, move clockwise (to the right). Skip the first clock that has no hands. Set the second clock to 6:00 — small hand on VI, big hand on XII. Set the third clock to 9:00 — small hand on IX, big hand on XII. Set the fourth clock to 11:30 — small hand on XI, big hand on VI.
Once those are set, interact with the clock that has no hands. Then read the diary on the table (6/8).
Painting, Photos, and the Novel
Take the brush and go through the door. Use the palette. While facing the door, go clockwise (right) and paint them in this order: red, yellow, blue, green. Read the diary on the table (7/x).
Take the charcoal and go through the door. Use the photo. Draw on all the woman’s faces, then read the diary on the table (7/8).
Take the book and go through the door. Use the novel. Put the book on the table, go through the door, and open the crate.
The Maze and Final Letter
In the maze, go right and rotate the valve. Going back, go right, then right again. Take the valve, then head back, turn right to place it, and rotate the valve. Going back, go right once more. Answer the phone.
Open the door, then choose option 2) Honest/Weary. In the maze, go to the door, then going back go left and then right twice. Read the diary on the table (8/8).
Now take the knife and reach out to the doll. After the cinematic, wait a short time on the main menu, and the last two achievements will unlock.

Those two achievements unlock together after the final scene, just remember to sit on the main menu for a moment rather than closing the game right away. I nearly missed them because I was ready to quit out.
