In this guide you will find all the effects of leveling up different skills and from whom these skills can be learned!

Melee weapons
You need 10 Learning points to level up.

Sword fighting
  • Level 1 – You can use Swords as weapons. Available from the start of the game.
  • Level 2 – You can carry out counter parries to interupt your oppenent’s attacks.
  • Level 3 – You can perform “lateral blows”.
  • Level 4 – Counter parries can injure your opponents.
  • Level 5 – You can combine more blows in your attacks.
  • Level 6 – You can wield weapons in the category “bastard sword” with one hand.
  • Level 7 – You can charge your attacks in order to cause more damage, or to break through your opponent’s parry.
  • Level 8 – You can interrupt a counter parry by your opponent.
  • Level 9 – You can use weapon in the category “two handed” with just one hand.
  • Level 10 – You can combine any amount of attack blows.

Axe fighting
  • Level 1 – You can use Axes as weapons. Available from the start of the game.
  • Level 2 – You can charge your attacks in order to cause more damage or to break through your oppenent’s parry.
  • Level 3 – You can perform “lateral blows”.
  • Level 4 – You can carry out counter parries to interrupt your opponent’s attacks.
  • Level 5 – You can combine more blows in your attacks.
  • Level 6 – You can wield weapons in the category “axe” with one hand.
  • Level 7 – Counter parries can injure your opponents.
  • Level 8 – Blows with weapons in the category “axe” are faster.
  • Level 9 – You can interrupt a counter parry by your opponent.
  • Level 10 – You can combine any amount of attack blows.

Staff combat
  • Level 1 – You can use Staffs as weapons. Available from the start of the game.
  • Level 2 – You can carry out counter parries to interrupt your opponent’s attacks.
  • Level 3 – You can perform “lateral blows”.
  • Level 4 – Counter parries can injure your opponents.
  • Level 5 – You can combine more blows in your attacks.
  • Level 6 – You can interrupt a counter parry by your opponent.
  • Level 7 – All attack blows do more damage.
  • Level 8 – You can charge your attacks in order to cause more damage or to break through your opponent’s parry.
  • Level 9 – Your counter parries do more damage.
  • Level 10 – You can combine any amount of attack blows.

  • Level 1 – You can use Crossbows as weapons.

  • Level 5 – Reloading and drawing is 50% faster.
  • Level 6 – Reloading and drawing is 60% faster.
  • Level 7 – Reloading and drawing is 70% faster.
  • Level 8 – Reloading and drawing is 80% faster.
  • Level 9 – Reloading and drawing is 90% faster.
  • Level 10 – Reloading and drawing is 100% faster.

Crystal magic
You will be able to use the crystals after you become a Mage.
Requires 10 Learning points for each level.

Magic bullet
  • Level 1 – You can use a Magic crystal.
  • Level 2 – Speed and damage are increased by 20%.
  • Level 3 – Speed and damage are increased by 30%.
  • Level 4 – Speed and damage are increased by 40%.
  • Level 5 – Speed and damage are increased by 50%.
  • Level 6 – Speed and damage are increased by 60%.
  • Level 7 – Speed and damage are increased by 70%.
  • Level 8 – Speed and damage are increased by 80%.
  • Level 9 – Speed and damage are increased by 90%.
  • Level 10 – Speed and damage are increased by 100%.

Fireball
  • Level 1 – You can use a Fire crystal.
  • Level 2 – Speed and damage are increased by 20%.
  • Level 3 – Speed and damage are increased by 30%.

  • Level 5 – Speed and damage are increased by 50%. Explosion radius and area damage are increased.
  • Level 6 – Speed and damage are increased by 60%.
  • Level 7 – Speed and damage are increased by 70%.
  • Level 8 – Speed and damage are increased by 80%.
  • Level 9 – Speed and damage are increased by 90%.
  • Level 10 – Speed and damage are increased by 100%. Explosion radius and area damage are increased.

  • Level 1 – You can use a Frost crystal.
  • Level 2 – Speed and damage are increased by 20%.

  • Level 6 – Speed and damage are increased by 60%.
  • Level 7 – Speed and damage are increased by 70%.

  • Level 9 – Speed and damage are increased by 90%.
  • Level 10 – Speed and damage are increased by 100%. Your opponents are frozen longer.

Seal
  • Level 1 – You can use level 1 runes:

    Requires 50 Wisdom.

  • Level 2 – You can use level 2 runes:
    • Berserker
    • Destroy Magic Barrier

    • Medium Magic Healing

    Requires 100 Wisdom.

  • Level 3 – You can use level 3 runes:
    • Conjure Skeleton
    • Open Locks
    • Speed
    • Strong Magic Healing

    Requires 150 Wisdom.

  • Level 4 – You can use level 4 runes:
    • Ashbeast Transformation
    • Inferno

    Requires 200 Wisdom.

Create scrolls
  • Level 1 – You can create any magic scrolls using runes and various components.

Crafting
Requires 5 Learning points for each level.

Alchemy
  • Level 1 – You can create weak potions.
  • Level 2 – You can create standard potions.
  • Level 3 – You can create strong potions (and potions that permanently increase your stats).

  • Level 2 – You can create bastard swords and magic rings.
  • Level 3 – You can create two-handed swords and magic amulets.

Prospecting
  • Level 1 – You can prospect gold and iron ore.

Open locks
  • Level 1 – You can pick easy locks.
  • Level 2 – You can pick difficult locks.

  • Level 3 – You can risk impossible pickpockets.

Acrobatics
  • Level 1 – You suffer only half the damage from falling.
