Rivage: Solar System SCOUT Route List

... more content ...

This guide is a complete SCOUT route through the solar system, starting at A.R.E.S and ending back at A.R.E.S. If you have been stuck trying to work out a clean order for the stops, the sequence below covers the full run from start to finish.

How the SCOUT Route Works

The SCOUT objective sends you to a long list of points of interest spread across the solar system. The main problem is not flying the ship, it is committing to an order that does not force backtracking. The route below visits each marker once and returns you to the start.

Fly the stops in the order listed. Do not skip ahead to a marker you think is closer, because several of these points sit at different orbital distances and the order is built to keep the travel distances low. If you have not yet cleared the main story, treat the route as a reference rather than a race, and check each marker before you commit to a long burn.

Things That Will Cost You Time

The route is only half the job. The other half is not losing your place in it. A few habits keep the run clean.

  • Write down the stop you just cleared. With this many markers, it is easy to assume you finished one you actually passed.
  • Do not reorder the middle block. The stretch from NNS-7 to TIE-1 is dense, and shuffling it adds travel.
  • Save before any long leg. If you get lost, you want a reload point that is not the start.
  • Keep the DATA stops separate in your notes. They are spread across the list and easy to double-count.

Editor Warning: The most common mistake is treating this like the chess board, where you can jump to any piece you like. You cannot. Fly the stops in order or you will burn fuel crossing the system twice. I have watched a full run fall apart simply because one mid-list marker got skipped and had to be recovered at the end.

Finishing the Run

When you land back at A.R.E.S after RD-004, the loop is closed and the route is done. Nothing else is required beyond having visited each stop on the list.

Some players like to run the route a second time for a cleaner time, or to line it up with a secret ending condition they are chasing. Either way, the order above does not change. Stick to the sequence, tick off each marker as you go, and the SCOUT objective stops being a headache.
