How to enable in-game cheat menu
To enable the cheat menu simply open the console using the tilde key ` or F1 to access the console window. Then type in the following code to enable the cheat menu:
cht_bEnableCheats=1
To access the cheat menu, pause Esc then press F3 to open the menu, or click directly on the “Cheats” option.
Once you gain access to the menu you’ll be able to interact with these options:
The “Give all” cheat can be customized to give yourself every weapon and skill from the start, something particularly useful in case you want to create a NG+ mode, for example.
Note: This will disable achievements & scoring for the rest of the playthrough.
