A guide on how to change the fonts you use in the wonk of storm!
Prerequisites
- Font file of choice ttf (true type font)
- Font file of choice otf (open type font)
- Stormwonk: Crash & Cry install
- File explorer
How to Change the font
Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Stormworks\rom\graphics\fonts if this isn’t the installation folder for you, imagine not using defualt.
Rename the following files:
- noto.ttf –> noto.ttf.old
- noto_cjk.otf –> noto_cjk.otf.old
This serves as a backup incase you mess up.
And you guessed it, rename the font files you found somewhere on the internet and paste them in the folder then you’re done.

- Comic Sans MS –Clearly a good choice
- CG Pixel 4×5 –Font used in the LUA library
- Wingdings –This font is a font fully consisting of icons
- US Navy –A font consisting of boat dings
- USN Stencil –A generic workshop font, ngl I’ve lost count
