BIG NEWEST:
Network-Driver Path for Win10: Windows 10 Options > Internet and Network > Advanced Network Settings > Change Adapter Option > Right Click on the Main Driver and Properties. Search in the Box “Client for Microsoft-Networks” uncheck it and press OK.
You has constant Internet and the Game connected to the Bethesda-Server.
I Found no negative impact on the internet or System
If the Game crashed on the first few Intros: Go to the Installed Location of the Game > Right Click Deathloop.exe > Properties > Compatibility > Check “Fullscreen Optimization off” and “Start as Admin” and press OK
