This is a guide to collect all coins of the new levels of Geometry Dash 2.2. Including the platform levels coins on “The Tower”, “Dash” coins, and future 2.2 levels (like Explorers and The Tower: 2nd Floor)!
Introduction
This is a quick guide on how to collect the coins from the new levels from the new update of Geometry Dash 2.2.
The idea from where i got to make this guide was from Mulpan’s video. Check this youtuber out!
0:01 – “Dash” (Level 22)> The Tower
2:10 – 1st Level “The Tower”
3:46 – 2nd Level “The Sewers”
5:41 – 3rd Level “The Cellar”
7:51 – 4th Level “The Secret Hollow” (Boss Level)

Dash
Even though the level is quite hard (for certain people), its’ coins are pretty easy to collect!
The First Coin appears at the very start of the level. It is quite tricky to find, but if you get spoiled about where the coin is, it becomes very easy!
The First Coin has a “trigger” needed to be activated to be obtainable.
When this part starts, the last “trigger” or better, the “square”/”box”, “activates” a “trigger”, which makes the first coin obtainable.
When you are able to activate the 4 “golden boxes”, this “box” eyes becomes, for a few little frames, green.
When this trigger is actived, the coin will appear a few seconds later after its’ activation.
This part doesn’t really need a lot of skill. the difference between obtaining and not obtaining the coin is only one jump.
While the first coin and the [/b]third coin[/b] are easy, the second coin requires more skill, and has a lot of difference between without and with obtaining the coin.
When the second Swingcopter part starts, a few fireballs and “fire stripes” later, a differently coloured “fire stripe” appears.
Going through the different coloured “fire stripe”, you will find the second coin.
This one has a lot of difference between collecting and not collecting the coin, and clicks can vary a lot.
This coin is the easiest coin, without counting the hardness it takes to beginners get to this phase of the level.
A few seconds later after the second coin, when the 3… 2… 1… GEOMETREY DEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAASHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! part starts, there is a trigger to obtain the third coin.
When reaching the last number (1), click a couple of times (6) very fastly.
Later, the third coin will appear.

(RECCOMEDATION FOR BEGGINERS: you can obtain the second coin later in case it is too hard for you. but if you’ve mastered every part except this, is better to try collecting all the coins at once.)
THE TOWER – FIRST FLOOR
The next sections are about the first four levels of the tower, i should i mean, the levels from the first floor of the tower.
Depending on which category of obtaining the coins (Time, Blue Coins & Coins), it can be hard to certain types of people.
Btw if you’re a mario kaizo speedrunner this will be easy (yes, new platform levels are very hard… for me)
The Tower
The first coin is obtained by getting all the normal or golden coins. None of the coins are hidden, if you wanna know (Just some of them can be quite hard to collect, if that’s your opinion about it).
The Second coin is obtained by getting the three blue coins. Here are their locations.
FIRST COIN
SECOND COIN
you can always obtain this coin after the third one, as it is located close to the third coin (and it is more hidden).
THIRD COIN
this coin is the easiest part of this level, since it is not hidden.
The Third Coin is obtained by clearing the platform level in less than 70 seconds (1:10).
The Sewers
The First Coin is obtained by obtaining all the normal coins.
The Second Coin is obtained by obtaining all the Blue Coins. Here’s their locations.
FIRST COIN
this is the easiest coin in the level.
SECOND COIN
the second coin has a couple of steps.
- 1) go to the top. Before opening the door, go to the left. Follow the “spike thwomps” (i named them like this).
- 2) when that’s done, go to the final of the path. you’ll find a lever.
- 3) activate the lever. a scene will play and the coin’s location will be showed.
THIRD COIN
once beating the “mini-boss”, there is a hidden coin on the left side of the room.
You can obtain this coin by beating the level before 100 seconds (1:40).
The Cellar
The First Coin is obtained by obtaining all the normal coins.
The Second Coin is obtained by obtaining all the Blue Coins.

you have to jump six times on this spot.
THIRD COIN
this is really hard…
The third coin is obtained by completing the level in less than 110 Seconds (1:50).
The Secret Hollow
The First Coin is obtained by clearing the level with all the normal coins obtained.
The Second Coin is obtained by clearing the level with all the Blue Coins obtained.
FIRST COIN
you have to stay exactly in this spot and wait for a moment to the blue coin appear. (Don’t worry, it don’t takes too much!)
SECOND COIN
THIRD COIN
The Third Coin is obtained by clearing the level in less than 280 Seconds (4:40).

It took me around 2 days and 25 screenshots to do everything! The moving levels (non-platform), which is dash and is going to be explorers was very hard! But thankfully was able to do it 🙂
