Let’s say you “accidentally” killed every unique NPC and you regret that decision or you just hate a certain unique NPC and you want to watch them die over and over again. This guide should help you bring unique NPC’s back to life!
How to Resurrect Unique NPC’s
1. Save file location
The path to your save file is:
C:\Users\(Your username)\AppData\Roaming\Godot\app_userdata\Cruelty Squad
2. Opening the save file
Make sure to make a back up of savegame.save file in case if something goes wrong!
Open savegame.save file with your notepad. If you don’t know how to do that just drag the save file on Notepad app.
If you did everything correctly you should be greeted with this wall of text.
3. Editing the save file
Look for the part where it says “Dead npc’s”.
Now simply remove the names of people you killed. If everything goes correctly your buddies will come back to life! Make sure to save the file as well.
