===========================================================================
Step 1 – Requirement:
Open Medieval Dynasty from the installed game from Game Pass or Microsoft Store.
Login to your XBOX game account. This account is shared with your XBOX console account.
Make a save game from Game Pass or Microsoft Store.
===========================================================================
Step 2.
Open a File Explorer.
Copy and paste this line into your File Explorer or from the Run box.
“%LOCALAPPDATA%\Packages“.
===========================================================================
Step 3.
Look for “ToplitzProductionsGmbH.MedievalDynasty_ab1cdef2gh34i” folder.
Yours could be similar. It is unique to your own system.
Open the folder.
===========================================================================
Step 4.
Look for the “SystemAppData” folder, then “wgs” folder.
Open the folder.
Note:
Presumably, wgs stands for Windows Game Saves.
===========================================================================
Step 5.
Look for a very long ID String folder.
For example:
“00050000025EG2A8_00000000000000000000000044SG715J” folder.
This folder may vary with your system.
Open the folder.
There will be another ID String folder.
For example:
“R12KH34567FD472L4FFT57392W605A20” folder.
Open the folder.
===========================================================================
Step 6.
You must buy the game on Steam and then at least make a one time save game from Steam, for this to work easier.
Name it SteamSave from within the game. You can keep or delete it, I will just delete it.
If you have already done that. Open another File Explorer.
Copy and paste this line “%LOCALAPPDATA%\Medieval_Dynasty\Saved\SaveGames” in the File Explorer.
===========================================================================
Step 7.
Go back to the first ID String folder from Step 5 (Game Pass Save Game folder).
Look for an unnamed file with a file size of about 3 MB (more or less).
Save Game file size may vary.
===========================================================================
Step 8.
Copy the file to the Step 6 folder (Steam Save Game folder).
Then rename it to at least about 10 characters.
In my case, I will rename it to “GamePassSave.sav”.
So I know which file that I transfer it from.
===========================================================================
Step 9.
Open Medieval Dynasty from Steam to check.
If you have done all the steps correctly, the save game should be recognisable from the Steam Game.
===========================================================================
Step 10.
Start playing Medieval Dynasty on Steam.
===========================================================================
OPTIONAL
Turn OFF Steam Cloud Save if you have an issue with the save game, or missing a save game on Steam.

Thanks man!
Wonderful, thanks for your effort!
Works great. I was so sick of Game Pass crashing when loading the game so I re-bought the game on Steam and got a refund on the Microsoft version. Thanks!
It really worked! Thank you very much!:3
