Here is full skills guide in Medieval Dynasy.
Skills – Diplomacy
Without Barter – Tier 2.
===========================================================================
“Diplomacy XP is awarded per transaction or per whole of 10 coins.
No matter what items, it’s the number of coins that count“.
Note:
– When selling certain items their percentage condition matter (Health Points (HP) or Durability %).
Except for food items (Freshness 100% to 12% or below 30%).
The lower the condition (HP or Durability percentage), the lower the diplomacy XP gain.
– The chart below explained, “Sell Minimum Quantity (per transaction)“.
Meaning you cannot sell 1 Feather at a time, you need to sell more than 1 Feather in order to gain the diplomacy XP.

For 0 XP, still 0 XP even with Diplomacy Knowledge – Tier 1 (3/3).
===========================================================================
There are few ways to get diplomacy skills XP. By doing quests, if you’re still single, you can keep on flirting until you’ve married. Sells items starting from 10 coins and above, no buying items will earn any XP. Sell anything that is high value, including farm animals. Someone finds selling farm animals is a great way to shoot higher diplomacy skills. So investing in them is worth it. Know what you need from them such as eggs, etc, if not sell as needed.
Summary:
– Quests
– Only when single, keep on flirting
– No buy, sell above 10+ coins
– No buy, Sell Farm Animal / Animal Husbandry (highly recommended)
